It's crazy to look back and see how much has changed over the past couple of years

Just about 2 years ago we we're a 3 man operation, we we're able to run a normal 8 hour day and still be able to supply all of our customers.
Now we have 8 people working, we continue running our machines most nights and many weekends, and we're busting at the seams. It's amazing to look back a little ways and see how far we've come, and we're super grateful to everyone whose helped us get here.

It's hard to show how amazing a clear ink overlay/design looks using pictures alone, even this video doesn't do it justice. It's something you have to see to believe, and it's something we can add to any flatbed print to make you stand out over the competition.

Here is a print we recently hung in our facility.
It is a 5 piece print on EagleCell with 3 inches of blank space between each one making the over all image 19 feet wide by 8 feet tall. It's about 9-10 feet off the ground.

In order to complete our exit, we had to match the door to the rest of the print.
We did this by removing the window trim and the door hardware, laying it on our flatbed table and running a section of the art file on it.

Have you been in lately? Quite a few things have changed.
We figured it was time to update our facility so we painted, redid our entryway, moved our production space and printers, as well as our materials. We also decorated our entryway, pegboards, and walls.

We did this as a 2 pass print, 1 pass of white ink followed by 1 pass of color.

This new cutter can cut up to 62.9 inches wide, and can cut up to 39.3 inches per second!

Here's a partial vinyl wrap we did on an Audi A3. We did the hood and roof in 3M 1080 Satin Black, then did a broken glass design over the top using 3M 1080 Gloss Flip Psychedelic.

Recently we had the honor of doing some Mercy Flights Ambulances. They were done with mostly reflective blue and red cut vinyl. There were a few pieces of non reflective blue and red as well as a little bit of black.

We love walking into a local Rogue Credit Union and seeing all the prints we've done for them.

ACM is great for outdoor signage. It's weather proof and tough, and with lamination, it will last many many years. It's also a great material if you are mounting your sign the side of a building or to a wood blank. You're able to drill right through the sign without having to worry about cracking it.

The star of our roll to roll department is our Roland XR-640. We use roll to roll printers to run vinyl and banners.
The XR-640 is a print cut machine that has a print and cut width of 62.5", and a print resolution of 1,440 dpi. It is a 8 color printer: cyan, magenta, yellow, black, light cyan, light magenta, light black, and white. With the resolution and color to give you a super high quality print every time.
